In person visit to the location of your project within 30 miles of our office for an in-person assessment of site conditions by an inspector who is an Indoor Environmental Professional, Building Performance Specialist, and NYS Licensed Mold Assessor. Assessment will include visual inspection and documentation with pictures and basic diagnostic tools of only the specific area of concern.
Comprehensive Whole Home Assessment- We Need the Whole Picture...
Included:Initial Consultation up to 30 minutes (phone or video call)
Comprehensive Site Assessment
Written follow up report outlining findings and recommendations
Post inspection Q&A session via phone or zoom (30 mins)
Referrals to qualified service providers if needed
A full assessment of your home or building focused on indoor air quality, mold/moisture, comfort and efficiency. This is the best way to get the whole picture and how all the individual systems and components are working together to meet your goals (or not). Assessment includes detailed metrics on indoor air quality, airborne mold levels and a visual assessment of HVAC systems and building enclosure.
